Knife Skills, Kitchen Fundamentals & Science of Salt
Master the foundation of all great cooking with Chef Drew's Knife Skills, Kitchen Fundamentals & Science of Salt series. Over four weeks, students will progress from basic knife handling to advanced cutting techniques while learning the science of salt and seasoning. Classes build upon each other, creating a comprehensive skill set essential for any home cook or culinary enthusiast.
