Our Executive Chef
Executive Chef Drew Terp brings global culinary expertise and deep Central Coast roots to Primal House. As former Culinary Director for Milos Restaurant Inc., he orchestrated nine international restaurants, following tenures at José Andrés' acclaimed Jaleo and Michelin-starred establishments Masa and BarMasa in New York. As Chef/Co-Owner of PICO Restaurant in Los Alamos, he created a celebrated wine country destination known for innovative farm-to-table cuisine, dry-aging programs, and culinary education.
"We're combining global techniques with Central Coast ingredients to create something truly unique for Paso Robles," says Chef Drew.

The Eatery Menu features farm to table elevated comfort food. Chef Drew offers a menu with something for everyone, including appetizers, salads, sandwiches, daily specials and a curated selection of desserts.
